We started Women Breaking Ground with a simple goal in mind: to create a coalition that makes it easy for women to connect with experienced and emerging developers who share their interests and passions. Our journey has just begun, but we're proud of what we've accomplished so far.
Our Community
At Women Breaking Ground, we believe that building a strong, supportive and like-minded coalition is key to our success. That's why we've created an organization that put women first, and fosters a sense of belonging and connection among our emerging developers.
Our Goals
We’re uniting realtors, brokers, investors, architects, engineers, developers, and community leaders—women of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences—who are ready to step into history and transform their communities through real estate development. This isn’t just an event; it’s a national movement to inspire, educate, and equip women to become developers, investors, and change-makers.
